I need help with staging/Designing a space. Where do I start?
Start by filling out our Contact Form. This will give us a basic idea of your project and its scope. From there, we will reach out to you to discuss in a bit more detail, and if you are ready to proceed, schedule a consultation. 
what does staging cost?
Staging costs vary greatly depending on the client's needs. General staging costs begin at $400 per room, with a 3-month minimum rental requirement. This cost is for the staging design and furniture rental, and does not include consultation, delivery/pickup costs, or any additional work that may need to be done (painting, repairs, etc). 

As an example, a standard living room staging might cost you:

$400 x 3-month rental policy

$400 delivery/pickup fees
=
$1,600

what is the timeline on staging a space?
The timeline depends on the size and scope of the space, the client's current furnishings, access to and condition of the space. Spaces that are vacant and easily accessible tend to have the quickest turnaround, however, we can work with homeowners who currently occupy the space to update, declutter, and stage for walkthroughs.
I flip investment properties and need design help. Do you do this?
Absolutely! We love designing floor plans for single rooms to whole houses. Our portfolio includes simple facelifts, restructuring layouts to be more functional, and redefining spaces to serve an alternate purpose. In other words, bring it on!
What does a consultation cost?
Our consultation cost begins at $250 for two hours. Distance from our location may alter this price.
If my staged home sells before the three months is up, can i get a partial refund?
This would be a great scenario, as we would HOPE your home sells quickly! However, we price our staging in three-month packages to make the process as smooth and as efficient as possible for both the client, realtors, photographers, potential buyers, and movers. From start to finish, three months encompasses the time needed for proper staging, professional photos to be taken, open houses, prospective buyer walk-throughs, estimates, and inspections.
If I need to stage my space for more than three months, do I have to pay for another three?
No. After your first three months, additional months may be added individually.
​Why should I stage my vacant property?
Buyers have a much easier time envisioning a home as their own when they can picture themselves in it. Have you ever watched HGTV and seen a prospective buyer complain about an empty room seeming small? More times than not, the space is perfectly adequate, but without a bed to anchor it, there is nothing to show the room's scale. Staging helps showcase a space's possibilities and gives it purpose.
If a prospective buyer likes the furniture, can they buy it?
This is certainly something we are willing to discuss (and could save the current owner a pickup fee!).
